The study is conducted in five stages through interviews with the client’s production management as well as practical studies of the flow through the factory. Frequency studies, video recording and measurements can be carried out in selected areas.

2. Step-by-step review of existing processes and machine systems, degree of automation and manual work elements. Physical review in the facility.
3. Gather conditions in the form of production data, product data, payback, shifts and staffing. Performed through meetings with production management.
4. Analysis and principal solution development at office.
5. Investment calculation.

Reporting is in the form of an written & oral report and includes a concrete ranking list of all investments deemed highly profitable together with their description.
